especially recommended for those who do not feel comfortable in pre-packaged packages but, on the contrary, like to create their own tailor-made itinerary. In fact, it is possible to choose between the possibilities offered in this section,
the techniques
that stimulate more interest and thus form their own "textile puzzle".
These courses are particularly suitable for those who prefer to learn a few techniques at a time, practice at home calmly and face new techniques only after being sure to dominate the old ones.
This course can be aimed at the realization of both small samples(20 x 20 cm approximately) both of
finished products
with useful measures. It can be either individual or group (the group must be formed by those directly involved).

Course on mixed-effect fabrics with 2 and 4 heddles
the mixed-effect fabrics are all those whose visual result is given by both the weft and the warp. In this category of fabrics that is, we will see both the warp and the weft yarns regardless of the type of weave or put back you choose to work, whether to 2, 4 or more heddles. This means that you get jobs that are slightly beaten and therefore lighter or softer. These fabrics are particularly suitable for clothing and furniture.
Course on woven effect fabrics
By woven fabric we mean that fabric whose visual result is given only by the weft. In other words, the warp thread acts as a weave and base for the fabric, remaining hidden as it is completely covered by the weft thread that dominates over everything. This entails obtaining jobs that are on average or very beaten.

Course on warp-effect fabrics
i tessuti ad effetto ordito sono quelli il cui risultato visivo è dato esclusivamente dall’ordito. Il filo di trama, in altre parole, funge da intreccio e da sostegno per il tessuto rimanendo però completamente nascosto dai fili d’ordito che dominano su tutto. Ciò comporta ad avere riduzioni d’ordito molto alte ottenendo così dei lavori mediamente o molto battuti. Perù, Bolivia, Guatemala (sono solo alcuni esempi) sono paesi dove vedere tessere queste tecniche è molto facile.
Laboratories and projects
In these years I have worked - for limited periods in time - in international cooperation as in Peru and Uganda. I managed in Italy the technical and textile aspect of a workshop with immigrant women for a period of 9 years. I have set up weaving workshops in different regions in Italy, I have collaborated with cooperatives to make people with disabilities weave, I have done weaving projects in schools and nursing homes.
