Frame

Quadro is a version of the simple frame loom, the oldest known and still today the most used. While keeping the robustness and the simplicity of the classic simple frame loom, Quadro, equipped with the tubular rigid heddle, makes warping and weaving extremely easy, fast and for everyone, from children to elderly people. Quadro is particularly recommended to who approaches the art of weaving for the first time or to who doesn't need long warps.
For who wants more comfort and simplicity, Quadro can be set on a special table stand making weaving, and especially warping, even more enjoyable.
Quadro is available in four versions of 20, 30, 50 or 60 cm. Just like all the other looms that use the tubular rigid heddle, also Quadro is compatible with the small heddles.

Features:

Beech wood finished with vegetable oils and waxes. The fabric advances by sliding and the warp tension is adjustable by a screw. The 20 and 30 cm models are equipped with a tubular rigid heddle of 5 cm in diameter, the 50 and 60 cm looms with a 6.5 cm one.
The support for the small heddles can only be assembled on the 50 and 60 cm versions.
The table stand is compatible only with the 30, 50 and 60 cm versions.

HOW TO CHOOSE

Great for: mixed-effect interior design and clothing fabrics. 

Good for: filling-faced fabrics lightly beaten (with the help of a carpet brush).
