The Salusso looms are designed and created following the family tradition. They are built with care and attention to the materials used. For our looms we choose only evaporated beechwood finished with a solution of waxes and vegetable oils. We choose high quality materials to be able to offer functional products, the natural beauty of wood and long lasting looms. We follow the tradition, especially in the joints. We use mortise and tenon, wooden nails and wedge-shaped joints to deliver a refined, solid and stable finished product. But the traditional knowledge today is not enough. For this reason the Salusso looms have also an innovative spirit, embodied in the Tubular rigid heddle, a modern patent that enriches some of the models available in our catalogue.
